How to Organize Communication by Subject in Clariti

Work conversations often lose meaning when scattered across channels one part in email, another in chat, and files buried somewhere else. The result? Broken context and decisions made in fragments.

Clariti changes that. Its context-based conversations brings every message, mail, and file under one subject; so your entire project story lives in a single, connected view.

Tutorial Overview

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to:

  • Group all communication by subject using Conversations.
  • View every message, mail, and file in a unified, chronological timeline.
  • Filter within a Conversation to focus on sub-topics.
  • Maintain context across discussions for faster recall and better continuity.

How-To: View Context-Based Conversations

The main Clariti interface displays your Conversations grouped by subject, for example, Marketing Discussions, Budget, or HR Policies.

Steps:

  • Open the Conversations panel in the left sidebar.
  • Browse or search for a subject name to locate the one you need.
  • Click the desired Conversation to open its full view.

Tips: Keeping conversations organized by subject gives you a clear, top-level view of ongoing discussions. You’ll instantly see what’s active, what’s pending, and where attention is needed without jumping between tools.

How-To: Explore the Hybrid Conversation Timeline

Each Conversation brings together emails, chats, and shared files into one seamless timeline all tied to the same subject.

Steps:

  • Select a Conversation (e.g., Marketing Discussions).
  • Inside, you’ll see a chronological feed combining Mails, Chats, and Files.
  • Scroll through the timeline to see how ideas evolved and decisions were made.

Tips: This hybrid view keeps context alive. Whether it’s a past email about a campaign or a recent chat about ad budgets, you can follow the entire journey without losing continuity.

How-To: Filter by Sub-Subjects

Large projects often contain multiple sub-topics. Clariti lets you filter a Conversation to focus on one specific thread within it.

Steps:

  • At the top of your Conversation, look for the title (e.g., Marketing Discussions > All 5 Subjects).
  • Click “All 5 Subjects” to open a dropdown menu of sub-topics.
  • Select a sub-topic eg: “Lead Generation Services” or “SEMrush Subscription”.
  • The timeline now displays only the items related to that sub-topic.

Tips: Filtering helps you drill down without breaking context. You can quickly revisit specific discussions, find decisions, and act faster all while staying within the same Conversation.
