- Click the file name.
- It opens instantly in Clariti’s Document Viewer without leaving the app.
Tips: You can also open a document directly from its original conversation from the files listed.

- Use the page arrows or scroll bar to move through the document.
- Adjust zoom in/out for better readability.
- You can highlight key details in PDF files using the draw tool – available on Windows.
