Clariti’s Files section brings every shared document across emails, chats, and hybrid conversations into one searchable list.

Steps:

  • Go to the sidebar and click Files.
  • Browse through the list showing file Name, Size, Conversation, Date, and Sender.
  • Click any file (e.g.,“Common SEMrush Issues.docx”) to open a full-page preview instantly.

Clariti links every file to the exact conversation where it was shared so, you never lose the “why” behind the “what.”

Steps:

  • Navigate to Conversations and open a relevant chat (e.g., “Industry Subscriptions”).
  • Use the Search in Conversation bar to type your keyword.
  • Filtered results will appear under Chats, Mails, and Files; select the file you need.
  • The document opens beside the conversation, keeping context visible.

  • Close or reopen the file anytime without losing your spot in the conversation chain.
