How-To: Access and Navigate Feeds

Feeds show everything happening across your workspace new updates, shared files, mentions, and activity.

Steps:

  • Go to the Feeds section in the left sidebar.
  • Scroll through your feed to see items listed chronologically.
  • Each feed item displays key details (Subject, Conversation, Time, Feed).

How-To: Start a Chat from a Feed Item

Turn updates into real-time conversations without leaving the feed.

Steps:

  • Click the feed item that requires follow-up.
  • To start the chat, click on the “Chat, Call” button at the bottom. 
  • Select recipients and edit your subject of the chat.
  • Click “Share & Chat” and start chatting right away.

Tips: Starting chats from feeds keeps the conversation rooted in context you know exactly why it began.

How-To: Link a To-Do from a Feed Item

Some feed updates need more than a message; they need a follow-up.

Steps:

  • Click on Feeds to view all your updates listed chronologically.
  • Select the feed you want to create a To-Do from.
  • At the bottom of the feed, click Schedule.”
  • From the options, choose To-Do.
  • Your feed reference is automatically linked to the To-Do
