How to Use Clariti’s In-App Document Viewer

We’ve all been there: downloading the same PDF three times just to check a detail or switching between apps to preview a file while trying to keep track of a conversation. It breaks focus, wastes time, and scatters context. 

Clariti’s in-app document viewers solve this. Instead of bouncing between tools, you can open and review commonly used files PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, right where the discussion is happening.

Access and view shared files without switching tabs.

Steps:

  • From the left main panel, click Files.
  • Browse the list of shared documents across your conversations.
  • Click the file name.
  • It opens instantly in Clariti’s Document Viewer without leaving the app.

How-To: Navigate and Search Easily

Quickly move, view, and mark what matters.

Steps:

  • Use the page arrows or scroll bar to move through the document.
  • Adjust zoom in/out for better readability.
  • You can highlight key details in PDF files using the draw tool – available on Windows.
