You can initiate calls directly from your ongoing conversation; no switching apps.
Steps:
- Go to the Group Chat option in the left panel.
- Select the Group chat you want to call from the list.
- Click Resume Chat to open the chain.
- To start a voice call, click the Call icon in the bottom-right corner of the chat window.
- The Audio Call window will appear, confirming your connection with the selected contact.
Tips: Starting calls from within a chat keeps communication context intact. You don’t lose the context of what led to the discussion, ideal for project syncs or quick clarifications.
