How to Use Private & Public Mailboxes in Clariti

In most teams, emails either pile up in personal inboxes or get lost in shared accounts with no clear ownership. The result? Missed follow-ups, duplicated efforts, and blurred privacy lines.

Clariti changes that. With Private and Public Mailboxes, you can manage both individual and shared email accounts in one place securely and contextually. Private mailboxes keep personal correspondence confidential, while public mailboxes give teams shared access to essential communication like support@ or sales@.
